Foundations + ADRC

The ADRC and Foundations Health and Wellness were awarded a grant to have a Masters Level state licensed Therapist to be located at the ADRC. At your first visit, the Therapist will review your current insurance for billing purposes. If you have a co-pay or do not have insurance, this grant allows for no out of pocket costs to the consumer.

This individualized service is meant to be short term counseling sessions. If long term counseling or therapy is needed the therapist in will be able to provide referrals and a connection for ongoing assistance through a referral to an outside agency.
